Provider / Professional Tester Rider.
This rider applies if Tester is a personal trainer, physical therapist, dietician, nutritionist, health coach, performance coach, athletic trainer, strength coach, team staff member, clinician, wellness professional, gym owner/manager, school/college staff member, or other professional evaluating Fursan for professional use.
1. Personal evaluation only unless separately authorized
Provider Tester may evaluate Fursan for professional fit, but may not use Fursan with clients, patients, athletes, students, team members, employees, or other third parties unless Company approves the workflow in writing and all required consents, BAA/DPA documents, client/patient/athlete authorizations, institutional approvals, and privacy/security gates are complete.
2. Scope of practice
Provider Tester remains solely responsible for acting within their licensing, credentialing, scope-of-practice, ethics, professional, employer, institutional, and legal obligations. Fursan does not expand Provider Tester's professional scope, authorize diagnosis/treatment, or replace professional judgment.
3. No patient / client / athlete PHI without proper workflow
- Do not upload client / patient / athlete / student information unless the individual has signed Company-approved consent and the workflow has been approved.
- Do not upload PHI from a covered entity or business associate workflow unless a BAA and required compliance controls are in place.
- Do not upload school / student data unless the institution has approved the workflow and any FERPA / student privacy review is complete.
- Do not upload team, athlete, injury, readiness, training, or medical data from an institution unless authorized by that institution and the individual where required.
4. Notes, dictation, transcripts, and similar tools
Provider Tester may test personal workflow concepts involving voice notes, dictation, transcript ingestion, post-session debriefs, and note summarization only with non-sensitive personal test data unless Company approves a higher-sensitivity workflow. Provider Tester is responsible for obtaining consent before recording any person or uploading any recording or transcript involving another person.
5. Professional reports
Alpha reports, weekly summaries, Need Attention queues, sticking-point analysis, adherence summaries, and AI suggestions are experimental, may be inaccurate, and must be reviewed by the professional before any use. Company does not guarantee clinical accuracy, professional suitability, or regulatory compliance in alpha.
