Electronic Records and Signature Consent.

This Electronic Records and Signature Consent ("E-SIGN Consent") applies to the Fursan Core private alpha signup, pre-disclosure clickwrap, DocuSign envelope, alpha agreements, notices, updates, and related electronic records.

1. Consent to electronic records and signatures

Tester consents to receive, view, sign, accept, and retain alpha-related records electronically. Tester agrees that electronic signatures, typed names, checkboxes, button clicks, DocuSign signatures, acceptance records, and related electronic records may have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Hardware and software requirements

• Internet access and a current web browser capable of viewing HTML pages and PDF documents.
• A valid email address that Tester controls.
• Ability to download, view, save, and print PDF files.
• A device capable of completing DocuSign or similar electronic signature workflows.
• Reasonable storage capacity for copies of signed documents.

3. Demonstrating access

By checking the E-SIGN consent box, clicking continue, opening the documents, typing Tester's name, downloading or viewing PDFs, and completing DocuSign, Tester demonstrates the ability to access electronic records in the format used by Company.

4. Paper copies and withdrawal

Tester may request paper copies by contacting legal@fursanhealth.com. Company may charge reasonable copying/mailing costs if permitted by law. Tester may withdraw consent to electronic records by contacting legal@fursanhealth.com, but withdrawal may prevent participation in the alpha program and does not affect the validity of records or signatures completed before withdrawal.

5. Updating contact information

Tester must keep their email address and contact information current. Notices sent to the email address provided during signup are deemed delivered unless Company receives a failure notice or applicable law requires otherwise.
